Smartwatch and headphones: Nothing brings inexpensive buds and watches to Germany

Nothing has wider product availability announced its CMF series. The devices should also come to Germany, among other places, as well as to numerous other countries in Europe, Asia, Oceania and America.

In October 2023, Nothing presented inexpensive wireless in-ear headphones, a smartwatch and a GaN power supply with 65 watts under the CMF brand. The headphones and the smartwatch will also be available in Germany from December 2023, exclusively via Amazon. The products should be available for pre-order from November.

The CMF Buds Pro are wireless in-ear headphones with active noise cancellation. According to Nothing, the headphones can absorb up to 45 dB of noise thanks to the ANC. A total of six microphones are built into the buds. These should also ensure clear voice transmission during telephone calls, supported by algorithms.

Buds Pro without ANC with long running time

The Buds Pro are supposed to play music for up to eleven hours on a single battery charge – but without active ANC. Nothing has not announced how long the running time with noise canceling is. With intermediate charging in the charging case, the headphones should last a total of 39 hours without ANC. The touch controls and the ANC level can be changed or an equalizer can be used via an app.

A GPS receiver is built in – the battery life should be well under 13 days when used. The pulse rate can be measured and recorded around the clock, as can the blood oxygen level.

The watch can record sleep. During the day it provides information when users should move around. The CMF Watch Pro is protected against dust and water according to IP68. Users can also make phone calls via the Bluetooth connection to the smartphone.

The Buds Pro currently cost 50 pounds in the UK market, which is equivalent to 57 euros. The Watch Pro costs 70 pounds, which is the equivalent of 80 euros. Nothing has not yet announced euro prices – Golem.de has sent a corresponding request to the company.
