Coaching legend Sir Alex Ferguson clearly spoke out in favor of Cristiano Ronaldo when awarding the Ballon d’Or.
Coach legend Sir Alex Ferguson believes that Cristiano Ronaldo deserves the title of world player this year.
“He broke record after record this year,” said Ferguson, who tipped the scales when the Portuguese returned to Manchester United.

“The Ballon d’Or has only one name: Cristiano Ronaldo,” he told the other France Football.
Ronaldo has “never deserved it like this year. Top scorer in Serie A and at the EURO. He holds the record for goals in the Champions League and is the only one who has won everything in three different countries”.
Ferguson continued: “He’s the best goalscorer in football history. It is crucial, it has to be that way for the trophy because he continues to be the best player in history.”
