In 2021, the Australian star moved back home. Minogue enjoys being with her family. There is no man in her life: “But I think I’m enough for myself right now.”

pop singer Kylie Minogue is enjoying her single life. “The connection between a love relationship and basic happiness cannot be represented in a mathematical equation,” said the 55-year-old to the “Augsburger Allgemeine”. “There is currently no partner,” she revealed. “I’m focusing on myself right now, and I’m not missing anything.” She doesn’t hide from the world. “But I think I’m enough for myself right now.”

She really enjoys “being exactly the person in exactly the body” that she is right now. “I have overcome some obstacles in my life and am on a journey where I continually reflect and get to know myself better.”

The singer (“Spinning Around,” “Your Disco Needs You”) released her new album “Tension” on Friday. Her single “Padam Padam” was one of this year’s international summer hits and was an internet phenomenon. “For the first time in 35 years I have a hit on the internet, that’s so cool,” said Minogue. “The new generation now knows who I am. It’s so crazy, so wonderful. Now the kids are really diving deep into my story and my catalog. They’re totally curious and are currently discovering “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head”, a song over twenty years old. So many people who have never heard of me are now getting to know me for the first time thanks to “Padam Padam”.

After around 30 years in London, Minogue moved back to her Australian birthplace of Melbourne in 2021. Minogue said she had always flown back and forth a lot between Australia and the rest of the world. “But now it’s especially nice for my parents to have me close to them. They know that they can see me more often, my brother, my sister and my nephews are there too. It’s good for me to be with the family more often “To be able to be together. These people mean so much to me.”
