Just a year after the wedding, it’s all over again: Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari have split up. This was first reported by the celebrity portal “TMZ”.
Now the pop star is also commenting on the separation Instagram:
Six years is a long time to be with someone so I’m a bit shocked but… I’m not here to explain why because honestly it’s nobody’s business.
Of course there is also a dance video to go with the statement. Even before Britney Spears, husband Sam Asghari confirmed the separation. In his Instagram story he writes:
After six years of love and dedication to one another, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold on to the love and respect we have for one another.
It seems ridiculous to him to demand privacy, but he asks for consideration.

However, neither of them revealed anything about the reason for the separation. TMZ wants to know that Sam Asghari has confronted the 41-year-old singer with rumors that she is said to have cheated. Then there should have been a heated argument. The 29-year-old has since moved out of the house they shared.
The AP news agency even wants to know that Sam Asghari has already filed the divorce papers. According to them, the couple already separated on July 28 – the reason for this is “irreconcilable differences”.
Separation a year after the dream wedding
Ever since they met in 2016, it almost seemed like Sam Asghari was her knight in shining armor. He was by her side during the guardianship battle with Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears.

It was Britney Spears’ third marriage. The singer married Jason Alexander, a childhood friend, in 2004. The whole thing lasted a sad 55 hours before the marriage was annulled. The second marriage followed in the same year to rapper Kevin Federline, with whom she has two children.
