“Sing my Song” has just started a new season: Eva Briegel, Eko Fresh, Joy Denalane, Johannes Oerding, Sammy Amara, Emilio and Tim Bendzko (from left) are there. In the summer there will be a new show called “Sing meine Schlager”.

With “Sing my Schlager” there will be a new VOX show from the “Sing my Song” universe. This is what is known about the show so far.
The broadcaster VOX is planning a “Sing my song” spin-off: “Sing my hit” will be released in the summer. The program manager Kirsten Petersen revealed in an interview with “DWDL”. Singers from the hit and German pop industry will “reinterpret Germany’s most famous hit songs,” she explained, adding that it will be “a big open-air spectacle in front of a live audience.”
VOX is currently unable to look deeper into the cards when it comes to the new format. There is no information about participants yet. When asked by the news agency spot on news, the broadcaster said that further details about the program would only be announced at a later date.
“Sing my song” starts a new season
Meanwhile, artists are swapping their original songs again. Yesterday, April 23rd (8:15 p.m. on VOX, also via RTL+), the eleventh season of “Sing my song” started. This time host Johannes Oerding (42) invites Juli frontwoman Eva Briegel (45), who was the focus of attention in episode one, soul singer Joy Denalane (50), Broilers frontman Sammy Amara (45), pop singer Emilio to the swap concert (27), singer-songwriter Tim Bendzko (39) and rapper Eko Fresh (40). In a later episode, Peter Maffay (74) will be there as a special guest.
At the exchange concert, each musician is given their own evening. Each of the other participants covers one of the artist’s songs and lets it sound in different tones.
