Siegertsbrunn: Finale of “Contemplative in the Sunday in St. Leonhard – district of Munich

For the last time this summer, St. Leonhard in Siegertsbrunn will open the doors to silence, prayer and musical inspiration under the motto “Contemplative into Sunday”. It all starts on Saturday, September 17th, with a tour of the church by Florian Sepp, who will tell you all sorts of things worth knowing about the baroque pilgrimage church and the objects in the treasury from 3 p.m. From 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the oboe-bassoon trio of the Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn brass band will immerse the Leonhardikirche in a rarely heard combination of tones. Dennis Haerer and Fabian Primke, oboe, and Tanja Buchmann, bassoon, play works by Allessandro Besozzi (1702 to 1793), Antonio Salieri (1750 to 1825) and Franz Josef Moser (1880 to 1939). Admission is free as usual.
