Shooting in a school in Russia: former student, swastika … what we know about the killer

According to investigators, quoted by the TASS news agency, the attacker was armed with two pistols and a large quantity of ammunition.

An ongoing investigation

The investigators who must determine the reasons for his acting out will focus on whether or not he belonged to Nazi ideology and neo-fascist circles.

The man would have committed suicide after his passage to the act. The evacuation of students and teaching staff is complete.

Russian President Vladimir Putin called the act “inhumane terrorism”. The Russian president said he “deeply mourned the death of people and children in this school” and that he wished “healing for those injured in this inhuman attack.”
