In week two another celebrity has to drop his mask! On The Masked Singer tonight the baby lion, the crocodile, the flea, the cotton candy, the robodog, the flip-flop and Elgonia were still in the running. These seven had to prove themselves in front of the jury consisting of Palina Rojinski (38), Rick Kavanian (53) and Linda Zervakis. Baby Lion, Flea, Cotton Candy and Robodog got the fewest votes and wobbled. In the end it was a choice between Robodog and Baby Lion. The latter must unmask himself: Behind it is none other than Uschi Glas (80)!
This episode also saw the unmasking of the mystery. In each show of the anniversary season, a different celebrity is hidden under the costume, which is revealed immediately after the performance. In today’s episode, Giovanni Zarrella (46) hid under the costume. Last week it was the Mexican opera singer Rolando Villazon (52).
Last week, the couch potato was the first of the season to drop his mask. Hugo Egon Balder (74) was hidden underneath. The comedian took his unmasking with humor: “I mean, I have to honestly say it was a great experience. I’m 74, I’ve already noticed what it’s like in the coffin. It was a lot of fun. The thing is incredibly heavy.” The TV presenter was not only able to outsmart the guessing team, but also fooled the viewers. “Crazy, with Hugo “I wouldn’t have expected it,” wrote a fan of the show X.
