“She’s not doing well”: Chris Noth’s wife shocked by rape allegations

Actor Chris Noth has been in a relationship with his wife Tara Wilson for 20 years. During this time, he allegedly sexually molested several other women. The 39-year-old is said to be dismayed by the allegations.
Several women accuse US actor Chris Noth of sexual assault and put the 67-year-old’s marriage to the test. Noth’s wife Tara Wilson was absolutely clueless and deeply shocked by the allegations, reports the British newspaper “The Sun” and cites a source from the couple’s environment. “She’s in Los Angeles and very upset. She’s not doing well. They wanted to spend Christmas together, but that’s in the stars now.”
Noth and the Canadian born Wilson met in 2001 at the New York club “The Cutting Room”. The actor is a co-owner of the bar, Wilson worked there as a waitress. She was only 19 at the time, he was in his late 40s. Their first son was born in 2008, and the couple married four years later in Hawaii. In early 2020, Noth and Wilson became parents of a second son.

A few days ago, the US magazine “The Hollywood Reporter” published reports of two women accusing Chris Noth of sexual assault. The two incidents are said to have occurred in Los Angeles in 2004 and New York in 2015. In addition, the US actress Zoe Lister-Jones reported on her Instagram account of Noth’s inappropriate behavior during the filming of the series “Law and Order” in 2005. Another woman spoke to the US portal “The Daily Beast” about harassment through hardship that supposedly took place in 2010. During all of these alleged incidents, Chris Noth was already dating his wife Tara Wilson.
The actor himself has denied all allegations. “No always means no – that’s a line I haven’t crossed. The encounters were consensual. It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories. I don’t know exactly why they’re coming up now, but I know one thing : I did not attack these women, “Noth told the Hollywood Reporter.”
