Princess Kate has been seen in public again for the first time after her abdominal surgery. A picture shows her next to her mother Carole.

Princess Kate (42) has not been seen in public since December 25th last year. As is well known, Prince William’s wife (41) underwent abdominal surgery in January. Since then, information about the 42-year-old’s health has been sparse. But now Princess Kate has been photographed in public again for the first time. The recordings are there to the US celebrity portal “TMZ”, among others, and show Kate wearing black sunglasses in the passenger seat of a car driven by her mother Carole Middleton (69).

Princess Kate makes a good impression on eyewitnesses

According to TMZ, the first photo of Princess Kate since her operation was taken near Windsor Castle on Monday, March 4th. A passer-by who saw the princess with his own eyes on the English streets, revealed to the “Mirror” at that moment: “It was a beautiful, sunny day and Kate was being driven by her mother. The Princess was in the passenger seat and was wearing dark sunglasses but looked good.” Mother and daughter spoke to each other during the journey.

Wild speculation about health status

Since the royal family has not released any detailed information about Kate’s operation and her state of health in the past few days and weeks, many rumors have been circulating recently. An official spokesman even responded to this last week. Referring to the perceived “social media madness”, it said: “We have been very clear from the start that the Princess of Wales will be out of action until after Easter and Kensington Palace will only inform if there is something important has to report.” However, Princess Kate is said to be “continuing to recover well,” as Kensington Palace announced.
