Cases of child abuse in sport are rarely publicized. Criminals in this environment often have it particularly easy. Where is the line between care and abuse – and what do associations do to prevent such incidents?
Is it ok if a youth football coach wishes his players good night in whatsapp group? If you ask the representative for the prevention of sexualized violence of a Bavarian sports association, that is a border crossing. If you ask another association, that is not a problem for the person responsible there.
