DAZN will stream selected games and women’s football in the future. A paid subscription is not necessary.
Sports fans have on the streaming service DAZN now offers the opportunity to see many highlights for free and without an active DAZN subscription.
As the streaming service announces, selected live games from La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1 and the Saudi Pro League can now be seen free of charge on DAZN. Women’s football, including the Bundesliga and Champions League, is also available. Immediately after the final whistle there are also highlights from the UEFA Champions League. DAZN is advertising “sports documentaries from all over the world,” which are also included in the new free package.
To access the content, a DAZN account is required, but not a paid subscription. Anyone who is registered can access the freely available content live and on demand via the DAZN app on the device of their choice.
Free option is not a trial month
However, the new option does not replace the trial month that was previously available, emphasizes the streaming service. Instead, with the new option, users can only watch “certain, selected games and other selected content” for free.
The trial month is currently no longer available. Instead, in addition to the free option with selected content, sports fans can choose between three packages with different scope as an annual or monthly subscription.
