A 77-year-old woman and her 45-year-old son were arrested in Fürth on suspicion of large-scale drug trafficking. The police in Fürth said arrest warrants had been issued against both of them.
When she was arrested on Friday, the elderly woman had around a dozen seals – filled with heroin – apparently prepared for sale. After the two were arrested, the police searched the man’s apartment and found two kilograms of heroin and four kilograms of marijuana. The officers also discovered tens of thousands of euros in cash.
