The Selena Gomez documentary “My Mind & Me” will be released on November 4th. A first teaser trailer now reveals: It will be very emotional.

The singer and actress Selena Gomez (30) will soon give her fans an intimate insight into her inner life: The AppleTV + documentary “My Mind & Me” deals primarily with the last six years of her eventful career. The film will be released on November 4th, the streaming provider has now brought it first teaser trailer for the documentary out of here.

It is already clear in these 30 seconds: the camera is right there, even on private occasions. The singer can be seen both happy and crying in the short excerpts. Gomez herself shared the trailer on her Instagram profile and wrote: “We don’t get along sometimes and it’s hard for me to breathe… But I wouldn’t change my life.”

Selena Gomez suffers from bipolar disorder

The focus of the documentary is Gomez’s mental state. She herself made it public in 2020 that she had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. In addition, Gomez has long campaigned for greater acceptance of mental health in the public eye. At a conference on these issues in May, Gomez said: “It sends a signal that this is a topic that can and should be discussed freely and without shame.”
