Deputy Prime Minister Olexander Kubrakow is demanding cluster munitions and phosphorus incendiary weapons from the western states for the fight against Russia. The US and other allies would have millions of shots from it. Russia uses these weapons every day. “Why can’t we use it? It’s our territory.”
