At the beginning of the fourth “Bachelors” episode, candidate Fabienne complains: “Oh, they’re all so boring here.” A little later there is gossip on a group date, and not only on individual dates, but also in the ladies’ villa, there is smooching – and of course crying. “We’re on an extremely serious TV show,” is all Laura can say.

Sebastian and Dennis each invite four women to a group date on the beach. While the Limbo dance is harmonious at the beginning, the women quickly become frustrated and gossipy. Lisa in particular is offended that Dennis shows little initiative towards her. Instead, he stands arm in arm with Rebecca – his first one-on-one date – for minutes on the beach, right in front of the competition.

Kim approaches Leonie: “Sticks to Sebastian’s bottom”

“It looks like they’re already celebrating their wedding,” says Selin from Team Sebastian. Everything becomes too much for Lisa, her insecurities take over and the first tears flow. At least Dennis notices this relatively quickly and rushes to comfort her. “I feel like I’m always begging for you,” Lisa tells him. Dennis tries to calm her down and encourage her. But he admits in the interview that his interest in Lisa is not as great as in other women.

But Leonie then sheds a lot more tears. Background: Since the beginning, most women have not been big fans of the 28-year-old. Whether it’s because she had the first one-on-one date with Sebastian or because of personal differences – it’s not entirely clear. Leonie gets in touch with Sebastian again on the group date.

The two laugh and he offers her his shirt, Gone with the Wind. “You’re really going after Sebastian, taking off your shirt and stuff like that,” Kim then speaks to Leonie. She thinks that Leonie is quite “glued to Sebastian’s bottom”. Leonie finds this bitter and tells the other women directly about Kim’s words.

Tears on a group date – smooching in the ladies villa

Kim doesn’t like the fact that Leonie talks badly about her behind her back. Leonie can no longer hold back her tears, not even in the company of Dennis and Sebastian. The Allgäu man quickly runs after her. He has already gained experience in consoling on this date. “I get hate from everyone,” Leonie blurts out. Sebastian also hugs his crying candidate.

He cannot agree that Leonie is more attached to him than other women. “Manipulation,” “victimhood,” “airtime,” can only be heard in the conversations of the other women. Fans on social media, on the other hand, have Leonie’s back: “It’s impossible how the women behave,” writes one user. “That’s where everyone’s envy speaks,” says another.

There is no trace of tears in the girls’ villa. Six bottles of wine are quickly emptied and lead to one or two smooches downstairs between the women. This has probably never happened before on “Bachelor”! Especially Freya and Larissa, who previously had her head full of Sebastian, don’t let anything go wrong and exchange tenderness in front of the camera.

Sebastian kisses his first woman on a one-on-one date

But that is not how it remains. Because there was already a spark between Larissa and Sebastian on the first group date. In this episode, the two are allowed to get closer on a one-on-one date and fly arm in arm – held by a crane – out through the dome of the planetarium. The two kiss for the first time while looking at the starry sky over Cape Town. “It was the right moment for the first kiss with the right woman,” summarizes the Hamburg native.

While Sebastian’s thoughts are on his first kiss as a bachelor, the second bachelor Dennis can already tick off two kisses with two women after this episode. Dennis takes Nadia on a one-on-one date. She wants a romantic dinner, but RTL has something else in mind. The two are supposed to plunge from a height of 120 meters from a free fall tower. The spectacle in the short description: Nadia screams out of pure fear, and Dennis laughs because Nadia screams.

Dennis: “Second kiss makes things more complicated for me too”

After the action comes romance and with it affection. Dennis can no longer hold back in the pool. “There is an incredible attraction between Nadia and me,” he says. After not saying five words to each other, the two kiss. “A second kiss with another woman makes things more complicated for me too,” Dennis quickly realizes.

However, he doesn’t really get anywhere with his first kiss, Katja. Sebastian and Dennis visit the girls’ villa for brunch and jump into the pool with the ladies. Dennis pulls Katja aside. But she still needs time to fully open up to him, she tells him. Dennis makes it clear that she shouldn’t feel too confident in her role as favorite. Even at the Night of the Roses, Katja doesn’t speak to the bachelor on her own initiative – possibly because of his kiss with Nadia the evening before. “She would have had many opportunities to talk to me,” says the disappointed Dennis.

Leonie gossips about other women – Sebastian is unimpressed

Leonie and Larissa, Sebastian’s previous favorites, provide a lot of conversation at the Night of the Roses. This time the evening will take place under a special traditional motto – “African Night”. But the whole thing doesn’t have much to do with tradition: The girls have rhinestones on their faces, wear zebra and leopard print dresses and dance to the drum music of two South African musicians. Is RTL allowed to listen to accusations of cultural appropriation? Allegedly.

Leonie admits to Sebastian that she is on the show to get to know him – but not other women. In doing so, she puts herself at the center of attention and assumes other women have tactical moves, says Sebastian. “It seems like she just likes to make herself very present,” he says, unimpressed. Will Leonie suddenly shoot herself out of the game? Larissa in particular made questionable statements, Leonie revealed in the RTL interview. Before the one-on-one date with Sebastian, Leonie explains, she was still raving about Dennis. She thinks it’s “fake.”

Secret conversation on “The Bachelors”

But she doesn’t really speak up either. And what about the other supposedly uninterested women? Do you want Instagram followers, airtime, confirmation or everything instead of the “Bachelors”? At least Larissa feels more addressed by Dennis on the Night of the Roses than by Sebastian.

“He stares at me the whole time,” she chats with her friend Laura in the bathroom. Of course, RTL hears everything. Larissa claims that she is not interested in Dennis. “I want to trample his ego,” she says harshly. It remains exciting: the roles of favorites are likely to change in the future and cause arguments in the villa. Lavinia and Brenda finally have to leave the show.
