A 15-year-old disappeared on Saturday last week on her way to the train station in Saint-Blaise-la-Roche. Now investigators from a special unit from the Paris area arrived to continue searching for her.

More than a week after the disappearance of a 15-year-old In Alsace, the investigators have concentrated their investigation on a house in a neighboring town. On Friday, investigators had already examined a car there that corresponds to the model that may play a role in the case, the newspaper “Les Dernières Nouvelles d’Alscace” reported.

After forensic investigators had been working in the house in Diespach until the evening on Saturday, criminal investigators from a special unit from the Paris area arrived on Sunday, as the newspaper and the broadcaster BFMTV reported. A single man is said to live in the house.

15-year-old Lina disappeared on Saturday last week on the three-kilometer walk to the train station in Saint-Blaise-la-Roche. The teenager wanted to go to Strasbourg to see her boyfriend, but didn’t get there. Two witnesses saw them on the way to the train station. But the investigators know that she didn’t even get on the train. Since then, extensive searches have been underway, in which around 400 residents also took part. A number of cars and several houses were searched, as were containers from a garbage dump. Divers from the German-French water police also searched a pond.
