After the searches at Sean Combs’ home, several documentaries about the rapper and the allegations against him are apparently in production.

In recent months, serious allegations have been made against Sean “Diddy” Combs (54), ranging from sexual violence to human trafficking. The rapper and music producer vehemently denies the allegations. Following recent searches of his properties in Los Angeles and Miami, several documentaries on the matter are now in the works, according to a media report – from the civil lawsuits filed against Combs to the raid According to People, the rapper’s lawyers described it as an “unprecedented attack” as part of a “witch hunt” against him.

Up to five documentaries about the rapper?

Several sources from the film industry said the US gossip portal “TMZ” have revealed that production companies in the USA and Great Britain are allegedly working on documentaries. The documentaries were started immediately after the searches in March. According to the anonymous sources, at least five production companies are currently in the process of contacting people close to Combs – from former dancers to executives at the Bad Boy Records label.

Interviews with numerous people have also been requested, including former security personnel, ex-assistants and former girlfriends. The singer Cassie (37) is also said to have received similar requests. In November 2023, the rapper and his ex-girlfriend Cassie agreed to an out-of-court settlement just around a day after the singer filed a civil lawsuit against him for abuse and rape. A lawyer for the accused Combs told CNN in a statement at the timethat the settlement was “in no way an admission of wrongdoing.”
