I recently read online about a serial killer who preyed on Marines in southern California in the 1970s and 1980s.

I was stationed at Camp Pendleton near San Diego at the time. And I was surprised that I had never heard of the matter before. I searched under “serial killers, California, Marines, 80s” – and found the name Randy Kraft.
