The windows of an apartment in western Schwabing were open for several days and nobody closed them. why? The apartment building on Krumbacherstrasse is currently being renovated. The apartment in question is empty, and hardly anyone still lives in the residential complex. So when storm depression Ylenia swept through Munich in February, the persistently rattling windows bothered only a few residents. The majority had already fled the construction site – because of noise, dirt and trouble with the landlord: Dawonia Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG.
