All over Bavaria this Wednesday teachers are protesting against the persistent staff shortage. The head of a Munich middle school explains the consequences of this, especially now during the pandemic.

In several Bavarian cities, teachers took to the streets this Wednesday to protest against the teacher shortage. Christiane Wagner is the deputy head of a Munich middle school and spokeswoman for the elementary and middle school section of the Education and Science Union (GEW) Munich. She explains what has to be done away with in schools because of the shortage of teachers.
