Just two years ago, the Fischerwirt in Schlehdorf was awarded the “Excellent Bavarian Cuisine” seal. Among other things, the overall appearance and the service were the categories in which the restaurant did particularly well at the time. However, it is questionable whether the Ministry of Agriculture and the catering association would still rate it that way today. During the corona pandemic, the traditional inn has meanwhile developed into an icon of the lateral thinker scene.
