Return to the “Schlagerchampions”: duel between Helene Fischer and Andrea Berg
The hit show last took place in 2021, but because of Corona there was no audience on site. Now Florian Silbereisen is gathering the crème de la crème of the hit world again for “Die Schlagerchampions”. He is looking forward to Beatrice Egli (35), Maite Kelly (44), Ross Anthony (49), Andy Borg (63), DJ Ötzi (53) and many other musicians. But the audience’s reactions are mixed: While some are looking forward to their music favorites, there are fans who strongly criticize Florian Silbereisen for the pop stars who were invited.
For many, real highlights on the guest list are top star Helene Fischer (39) and music legend Andrea Berg (57). Both compete against each other and fight for victory. Helene Fischer is the record holder of the TV event with ten prizes won. However, Andrea Berg has a chance of knocking her off the winner’s podium this year: she is hot on her competitor’s heels with eight trophies. One of the two icons will win in this duel. Who it will be will not be decided until January 13th. Both Helene Fischer and Andrea Berg have a large fan base who root for their personal idol. Only one can secure the title of “Singer of the Year” this year – but that doesn’t mean that the loser will go away completely empty-handed. There is still the chance to win in other price categories and thus equal or even beat the previous record.
The first broadcasts “Die Schlagerchampions – The big festival of the best” live from the Velodrome in Berlin at prime time. At the same time, the show will also be shown on the ARD live stream.
