The reception area of a large company in the district, it is raining outside and company cars stop right in front of the door so that the managers can get into the building dry. Only one person calmly pushes a bike through the door, folds it up and quickly stows his rain gear in the bike bag. Some men in suits look puzzled, others grin, Frank Noe smiles. He consciously cycles to meetings and even takes his bike with him into the conference room.
