“I won something for the first time in my life.” A former “Bachelor” candidate wins Germany’s most popular surveillance show by a whisker. An influencer is left behind.

Reality star Yeliz Koc took part in the Sat.1 show “Celebrity Big Brother” won. The 30-year-old former “Bachelor” candidate prevailed live in the finale of the surveillance show late on Monday evening. Her last competitor was influencer Marco Schlitzer (21). Koc received 51.31 percent of the audience votes.

The winner could hardly speak for several minutes because of her tears and excitement. “I thank you from the bottom of my heart,” she said. “I was able to show you who I really am.” It was “like a dream for me.”

Koc emphasized: “I was always the way I am, followed my heart and did what I think is right. Thanks to you, I’m standing here now and I can’t believe it. It’s the first time in my life something won.”

In the race for 100,000 euros and victory, at the end of the eleventh season, alongside Stretcher, she was joined by reality celebrity Peter Klein, multiple dating show participant Paulina Ljubas and jungle camp veteran Matthias Mangiapane. 1.51 million viewers (7.0 percent) watched the spectacle from 8:15 p.m. Sat.1 wants to continue “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2024 and also launch a new normal “Big Brother” season in the spring.
