After the Queen’s death, the two corgis Sandy and Muick came to Sarah Ferguson. She now reveals the passion of four-legged friends.

Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson (64) gave an update on the beloved corgis of the late Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022). Prince Andrew’s ex-wife (63) adopted two dogs, Sandy and Muick Death of the Queen in September last year.

Treats are required

Now she shared a rare snapshot of the two animals who live with her and her ex-husband at the Royal Lodge in Windsor. On Instagram She posted a photo showing Sandy and Muick next to each other on a terrace. Fergie wrote: “Always begging for treats!” The Corgis are obviously in excellent health and enjoy eating.

In November, the Duchess spoke on the TV show “This Morning” about how the dogs were settling into their new home. She revealed that the puppies are still grieving. “Muick struggled from the start, and now, a year later, he’s just starting to have fun.” She now has a total of seven dogs, as she already owned five Norfolk terriers. But the dog gang apparently gets along well with each other. Because Sarah Ferguson emphasized on the show: “Now they all understand each other. But you have to be careful, they all have their own character.”

The Queen loved corgis as a child and, from her accession to the throne in 1952 until the end of her life, had more than 30 of these little herding dogs, all of which of course also had their own names. The royal corgis listened to Susan, Willow, Holly, Vulcan, Dookie, Monty, Honey, Berry, Emma and Linnet.

Fergie lives under the same roof with her ex-husband again

Sarah Ferguson was married to Prince Andrew, brother of King Charles III, from 1986 to 1996. (75), married. Despite the divorce, she can continue to call herself Duchess of York. The ex-couple, who now live together in the same house again, have daughters Beatrice (35) and Eugenie (33). Ferguson recently made headlines because of her breast cancer. She had to undergo an operation lasting several hours in July in which her left breast was removed and surgically reconstructed.
