New “Two to One” trailer released

Sandra Hülser recently played dark roles. At the end of July she can be seen in the comedy “Zwei zu Eins”. Now there is the new trailer.
Sandra Hülser (46) is starring in a comedy again after the heavy Oscar fare. After the international successes of the historical drama “The Zone of Interest” and the legal drama “Anatomy of a Case”, it is returning to cinemas. She plays alongside Max Riemelt, Ronald Zehrfeld, Ursula Werner, Peter Kurth, Martin Brambach, Uwe Preuss, Kathrin Wehlisch and Olli Dittrich in the German friendship comedy “Zwei zu Eins” by director Natja Brunckhorst (57). The film will hit the big screen on July 25, 2024. Now a trailer has been released again.
“‘Two to One’ is a tribute to a very special time when anything seemed possible – a humorous adventure about money and justice, based on true events,” says the press release. In the comedy, Sandra Hülser takes on the role of Maren, who, together with her friends, finds several million from the GDR in a shaft. Together they develop a system to make the now worthless money usable and at the same time outsmart capitalism.
“Two to One” is based on the true story of the so-called “Halberstadt Treasure”: In 1990, by decision of the GDR, 109 billion marks were buried in Halberstadt. In the years that followed, thieves repeatedly broke into the tunnel complex and stole the banknotes – how many are unclear.
2023 was the year for Sandra Hülser
Lead actress Sandra Hülser took her career to a whole new level last year. “Anatomy of a Case” won the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. She won the Grand Jury Prize for “The Zone of Interest,” in which she plays the wife of the Auschwitz camp commandant. Hülser was also pleased to receive an Oscar nomination for best actress for “Anatomy of a Case.”
