Actress Salma Hayek turned heads in a Cinderella gown at a film premiere Tuesday in New York City.
Actor Salma Hayek (56) showed up in a glamorous gown at the premiere of “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish” in New York City on Tuesday. The 56-year-old wore a baby blue corset dress with a tulle skirt. Both the sleeves and the upper part of the robe were made of sheer fabric and gave the actress a beautiful cleavage. Silver glitter applications on the corset provided an additional eye-catcher moment.
Focus was on the outfit
Hayek combined a silver statement ring with the dress and otherwise dispensed with eye-catching accessories. She let her hair fall over her shoulders in a center parting in light waves. For makeup, she opted for black mascara, gray eyeshadow and a subtle red lipstick.
In addition to Hayek, co-star Antonio Banderas (62), who, like in the first part and in the sequel (theatrical release: December 22), lends his voice to Puss in Boots, also appeared on the blue carpet of the premiere. Hayek voices his friend Kitty Velvet Paw again. It’s been over ten years since the character of Puss in Boots, who originated in “Shrek,” got his first solo film.
