A boy disappeared without a trace from a playground on the Saar on Monday evening. The police are asking for the public’s help in finding him.
A large contingent of police and fire departments is searching Saarbrücken for a missing five-year-old. The boy disappeared without a trace from a playground on the Saar on Monday evening, as the police in Saarbrücken announced. Due to its close proximity to the river, the search focused, among other things, on the water, a police spokesman said on Tuesday.
The search involves, among others, the DLRG, police helicopters with thermal imaging cameras and drones. Firefighters searched the bank area, with several patrols constantly looking for the boy. The child is autistic and cannot speak. It runs away from unknown people. According to the information, the five-year-old was barefoot at the time of his disappearance. The police asked for the public’s help in the search.
