The prestige project has failed for the time being: the first moon mission of the space nation Russia since 1976 failed. This Monday the unmanned probe should Luna-25 set down on the south pole of the Earth’s satellite to conduct research there for a year and search for water, among other things. But as the Russian space agency Roskosmos announced on Sunday, the probe crashed a day before the planned landing.
