After attack on Kharkiv: Selenskyj calls for more air defence

Moscow warns against permission for attacks on Russian territory
Moscow warned the US against allowing Ukraine to launch attacks on Russian territory with American weapons. “This attitude is absolutely irresponsible, the position is absolutely dangerous with its consequences,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Russian state television. He was commenting on a report in the US newspaper “New York Times” that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken supports such strikes on Russian territory and wants to persuade President Joe Biden to lift the restrictions.
Putin signs decree to confiscate US assets
Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin signed a decree to confiscate American assets in response to the seizure of Russian assets in the USA. This is intended to compensate for the damage caused by the unfriendly actions of the USA to the Russian Federation and the Central Bank of Russia, according to Putin’s decree published in Moscow. According to this decree, a court can confiscate assets of the USA and American citizens in Russia, for example in the form of stocks, shares in corporations and land rights.
