A Russian military plane has crashed in the Belgorod region of Russia, according to official reports. This eyewitness video is intended to show the incident. The RIA news agency, citing the Russian Defense Ministry, reported that there were 65 prisoners of war, six crew members and three other people on board the plane. According to the information, the aircraft is an Ilyushin Il-76 military transporter. The cause of the crash was initially unknown. The Belgorod region borders Ukraine. In recent months it has repeatedly come under fire from neighboring countries. A missile strike in December killed 25 people.
