The Russian secret service reported remarkably quickly on Monday that the murder had been solved. Allegedly, Kyiv is behind the attack in which the Russian nationalist and pro-Kremlin commentator Darja Dugina died on Saturday evening. “The crime was prepared and committed by Ukrainian special services,” state news agency Interfax quoted the FSB as saying. The Ukrainian government had already firmly denied any involvement on Sunday.
