Animoca Brands to announce that The company raised additional funds in the form of convertible bonds (Convertible bond), as reported by Bloomberg on Tuesday.
The company has reached a $100 million deal with Singapore’s Temasek as a main sponsor.the reportQuote from people familiar with the matter.
Animoca raised $359 million in January. It also raised an additional $75 million in July. That brings the company’s valuation to nearly $6 billion.
