The TV Show”RTL Wasserspiele” is also getting a third edition. On May 18th at 8:15 p.m. eight prominent participants will once again plunge into the waters of the Siam Park water park on the Canary Island of Tenerife, as the Cologne private broadcaster announced today in a press release. Like last year, the event will be moderated by Laura Papendick (35) and Jan Köppen (41). Comedian Oliver Pocher (46) will once again cheer on the celebrities as the so-called lifeguard.

“Let’s Dance” star and more: These celebrities are taking part in “RTL Wasserspiele”.

Taking part this year are “Let’s Dance” star Valentin Lusin (37), “Unter uns” actress Jess Maura Opitz (27), singer Isi Glück (33), reality star Antonia Hemmer (24), presenter Nina Moghaddam (43), ex-handball player Pascal Hens (44) and the reality stars Serkan Yavuz (27) and Adriano Salvaggio (29).

The prominent participants have to complete a total of eight games in the competition show in order to be crowned king or queen of the “RTL Wasserspiele”. Siam Park in Tenerife is considered one of the largest water parks in the world. Among other things, waves up to four meters high and the so-called “Tower of Power” with a 28 meter free fall are on offer. “Whether it’s swinging over the wave pool on the crane, or being pulled across the water at 60 km/h – everything is demanded of our celebrities! In the middle of the wave pool and on the slide, the celebrities have to prove themselves,” says RTL in advance upcoming competitions.

Last year, model and reality star Cecilia Asoro (28) triumphed and was crowned water queen. In the first edition of the game show, reality star Benjamin Melzer (37) took victory and the first “Golden Swimming Cap”.
