Candidates for the RTL jungle crown are completely clear

Six women and six men want to become jungle queen or king in South Africa. It is now clear who will be among the residents.
All twelve candidates have been chosen for this year’s RTL jungle camp.
On Monday evening, the television station named the bodyguard Peter Althof and the reality starlets Linda Nobat, Tara Tabitha and Janina Youssefian – more or less known from various formats – the last four names for the 15th season of the reality show «I’m a star – Get me out of here!”. It should start on January 21st. Due to the corona, this time the show will be in South Africa instead of in Australia.
Earlier on Monday, RTL had already announced that actor Eric Stehfest, reality actor Manuel Flickinger and TV star Christin Okpara would also fight for the jungle crown. The list of participants is now complete. So far, the actresses Anouschka Renzi and Tina Ruland as well as the designer Harald Glööckler, the singer Lucas Cordalis and reality star Filip Pavlovic have been selected as candidates for the RTL format.
The candidates are again accompanied in their disgust tests by the moderation duo Sonja Zietlow and Daniel Hartwich. Who will be king or queen of the South Africa premiere will be decided on February 5th.
Last year, because of the corona pandemic, RTL did not show the jungle camp as it did in Australia. Instead, there was a replacement show from Hürth near Cologne in 2021. RTL had promised the winner, the reality TV candidate Filip Pavlovic, a place in the upcoming jungle show. So he was for the 15th season of “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” already set.
So now the last names followed. Viewers still know standing firmly as the star of the RTL soap “Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten”. Later he was in the headlines through his drug confession, which he worked on in a bestseller book: “I can start fires if I want,” he told RTL. “It always depends on what it is about and whether it stays within a certain framework. I think discussions and arguments are good anyway. It would be nonsense if we all just said yes and amen to everything. “
Flickinger was a candidate for the gay dating show “Prince Charming”: “I think I’ll be the person anyone can come to at camp. I’m a sensitive person, I can also listen to people and approach people, ”he said in an interview with RTL.
Christin Okpara alias Christin Queenie had an appearance on the RTLzwei program “Die Sexklinik” and was also a candidate for the RTL dating show “Are You The One?”. From then on, she is still known to many viewers for her quick-tempered nature. “Watch out, now comes the Ausraster-Chrissi!”, She promises the RTL audience.
