“It’s really horrible, we’re overflowing and we’re canceling all patients who can be postponed” – anyone who is currently talking to doctors from a children’s clinic hears about the dramatic emergencies in view of the current RSV wave. Elective surgeries are postponed just like other appointments, and every day more and more children come to the clinic with a severe fever and a dry cough, and it is becoming more and more difficult to find a place for them. They gasp desperately for air, panic just like their parents – a bad clinical picture.
