A senior rammed a mother and her pram with his car at a pedestrian crossing in Central Franconia. The stroller overturned and the baby in it fell on the street in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the police reported on Wednesday. The 80-year-old driver also hit the 33-year-old mother. The two-month-old baby was taken to hospital after the accident on Tuesday with abrasions, and the 33-year-old suffered a fracture of her right fibula. According to the police, the 80-year-old saw the woman and her stroller too late, which is why the collision occurred.
