Charlène of Monaco graced the Rose Ball in Monte-Carlo. The princess surprised in a glittering disco jumpsuit.

Prince Albert II (66) came this year accompanied by his wife Princess Charlène (46) at the 68th edition of the Bal de la Rose in Monte-Carlo. The 46-year-old attracted everyone’s attention on Saturday (March 23) at the gala evening, which was designed by designer Christian Louboutin (61). In keeping with the disco theme of the evening, Charlène appeared in a glittering jumpsuit.

The one-piece with long sleeves, wide legs, a waist tie and a deep neckline was an eye-catcher with glittering stripes in rose and silver. Charlène also combined her disco look with sparkling earrings, which stood out perfectly under her bob hairstyle, and a small clutch. When it came to makeup, she highlighted her eyes with black mascara and shimmery eyeshadow. She completed the stylish look with black painted toenails and toenails. Albert appeared in a classic black tuxedo and red bow tie.

Comeback after years of absence

The Rose Ball in Monte-Carlo is a charity event hosted by Caroline of Hanover and Prince Albert II for the benefit of the Princesse Grace Foundation. The theme of the last edition was Bollywood. The Rose Ball was held for the first time in 1954.

As “Paris Match” reports, Princess Charlène is said to have attended the event on Saturday for the first time in ten years. The former swimmer and Prince Albert II married on July 1, 2011, and the church wedding followed the day after. The twins Gabriella and Jacques were born in December 2014.
