The British Fashion Awards ceremony took place in London on Monday evening. The winners include Gucci designer Alessandro Michele, fashion designer Simone Rocha and Kim Jones, who was appointed artistic director of the Fendi brand after the death of Karl Lagerfeld. US designer Tommy Hilfiger received an award for his life’s work.

The British Fashion Awards have been presented since 1989 and honor the most influential fashion designers of the year. In 2017 the title of the event was changed and the ceremony is now called The Fashion Awards, as not only British designers are honored.
Despite the corona pandemic, numerous stars cavorted on the red carpet and watched the gala in the venerable Royal Albert Hall. Romeo, the middle of the Beckham sons, used the event for a first joint appearance with his model friend Mia Regan. Actors Demi Moore, singer Lily Allen and model Shanina Shaik were among the invited guests.
