According to a draft leaked in early May, a majority on the US Supreme Court plans to overturn a landmark 1973 ruling: In the case that became known as Roe vs. Wade, the court ruled in favor of a fundamental right to an abortion. If the law topples, it would be a great success for American conservatives who have been trying to restructure the rule of law for years.
