Rod Stewart and his son have confessed to being violent in an argument at a Florida hotel.
Sir Rod Stewart, 76, and his son have, according to “apnews.com” Known guilty: The two were charged with assault after they were involved in an argument with a security guard at a Florida hotel in 2019, as “People” reported.
According to the police report, the singer and his son Sean (41) were denied access to a private event on New Year’s Eve. Then the two are said to have been violent. Nobody was injured. Stewart then apologized.
No trial
Now father and son have apparently pleaded guilty to “simple bodily harm”. According to media reports, this means that there will be no trial and no prison sentence.
Rod Stewart is one of the most successful British singers with an estimated 250 million records sold. He is also a big star in the USA. His son Sean comes from his first marriage to Alana Hamilton.
