Robinhood is entering the world of web3 by announcing the launch of a new wallet application. That gives customers access to the NFT token market, DEFI and token swap.
The new wallet will be a standalone application from the Robinhood platform and works similarly to a wallet. Other non-custodial such as MetaMask, as Robinhood announced at the Permissionless crypto conference on Tuesday.
Still, Robinhood hopes the sleek and intuitive design of the new app will make engaging with web3 a hassle-free experience for newbies. The company plans to roll out the product to its entire user base by the end of the year.

And we want to help people experience the full possibilities these revolutionary technologies have to offer,” said Vlad Tenev, Robinhood co-founder and CEO.
“With our web3 wallet, we are building a product that will satisfy the most advanced DeFi users. And it creates a security for crypto beginners to delve deeper into this ecosystem.”
