Ripple confirmed that the second quarter was a success, with its ODL volume growing 800% year over year. This is thanks to many partners that have increased the demand. One of the company’s most important collaborations is FINCI, a Lithuanian money transfer service provider. which is aimed at instant and cost-effective money transfers for retail users.
By expanding ODL globally, Ripple also increased XRP sales by approximately 50%, with the company selling approximately $408.9 million worth of XRP in the second quarter, up from $273.27 million in the previous quarter.
In the report, Ripple noted that XRP’s second-quarter price performance was affected by A “macro-economic signal” in which an increase in upward momentum could help the price of XRP go higher.
