Many companies are tightening their home office regulations. Instead of putting pressure on them, they should make sure that people enjoy going to the office.

So now also Deutsche Bank. The financial institution wants to bring managers back to the office at least four days a week from June, and all other employees on at least three days. Other companies are also tightening their home office regulations, including VW, SAP, Amazon, Google and even the video conferencing provider Zoom. London-based Citibank even threatens to cut the bonuses of those who refuse to work.
