Resistance to LNG in front of Rügen: you are still fighting – economy

Groups of tourists meander past the demonstrators, they want to go to the imposing castle that towers behind the Schwerin State Chancellery. So a good place for attention, around 30 people in safety vests and with signs are standing in front of the office, shouting and protesting against the construction of an LNG terminal in Rügen. Wolfgang Kannengiesser is one of them. This Monday at half past seven he drove with his fellow campaigners from the island to the state capital of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Now they shout in unison: “Baltic Sea, Rügen, no LNG.” They hope they will be heard.
