“Just thinking about it makes me sick all over again.” The mid-seventies from the west of Munich first has to collect herself. The story she then tells begins with a young man who showed up unannounced at her door and asked her about electricity consumption, the meter reading and her date of birth. And it ends with Stadtwerke Krefeld, where the pensioner was suddenly a customer – without wanting to and without having signed anything. “What am I supposed to do with electricity from Krefeld?” asks the woman from Munich.
