Media report: Ukrainian missiles hit restaurant in Melitopol – several victims

Fighting continues in south-eastern Ukraine. During the defense, the Ukrainians not only hit the opponents, but also caught their own civilians.
According to initial reports, at least two people were killed and two injured in an attack by Ukrainian artillery on the city of Melitopol in south-eastern Ukraine, which was occupied by Russian troops. According to the representative of the occupation administration, Vladimir Rogov, the Russian state agency TASS, the restaurant “Jägereinkehr” was hit among other things. According to his account, several projectiles from an American Himars rocket launcher had been fired at the city.
Several videos showing the fires were posted on Twitter. More than ten explosions are said to have hit Russian barracks in occupied Melitopol, the Ukrainian news website “Euromaidan Press” reports:
The anti-aircraft defense around Melitopol had become active in the evening. It was not possible for the independent party to clarify whether this was about defending against Ukrainian air raids or defending against incoming missiles.
