Regular or occasional user, what do you think of the bike rental service?

For several weeks, the Autolib’Velib’Métropole (SAVM) union has been engaged in a showdown with its service provider Smovengo. He blames him for the poor quality of service and threatens him with a penalty amounting to several million euros. “Smovengo does not meet the criteria put in place, in particular in terms of the effective availability of Vélib’ in the station and the number of bicycles circulating”, affirms Sylvain Raifaud, the president of the SAVM. For him, “Smovengo must make an effort right away”.
