Recycling containers burn out – district of Munich

Even if it was comparatively quiet in the Munich area on the night from Saturday to Sunday, the so-called “free night”, according to the police, there were one incident after another. In Pullach, early Sunday morning around 3 a.m., one or more previously unknown perpetrators set fire to several recycling containers in the Richard-Wagner-Strasse/Franziskus-Festing-Strasse area. These burned out completely, the fire brigade extinguished the fire and prevented it from spreading to other containers. Property damage: around 5000 euros.

According to witnesses, several young people rioted in Neuried on the Freinacht, which is traditionally used to play pranks, in the area of ​​the Neuried market square. On Saturday evening around 10.55 p.m. a glass display case was destroyed, a street sign was bent, the timetable of a bus stop was smeared and several flower pots were destroyed. The total damage amounts to around 500 euros. The juvenile perpetrators are not yet known. In addition, between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m., a car near the market square was daubed with writing.
